We love searching the web for people needing ideas so we can UberClever them by surprise! Here’s a daughter looking for ideas on what to give her mother for Christmas.

Do you have writing skills? How about writing a poem about her, having it matted and framed, and giving that to her? If you’re not a writer, you could do this: buy one of those picture frames that has places for multiple pictures. Print her name (either by hand or by computer) on a paper and put that in one of the frames. In the rest of the frames, put words you would use to describe your mother.

Another idea we have for you is to create a coupon book for your mother. Put together a simple book of coupons you create with things like: “This coupon good for one mani/pedi afternoon of fun”, “This voucher redeemable for one loving foot massage”, “Turn this coupon in to me and I’ll be back the next day with a lovely plant for you”. Is there something like Ugg Boots that she likes but you don’t know exactly which kind to get her? Make it a coupon! “This coupon good for an afternoon of shopping together and the pair of Ugg Boots you like best!” And if you’re really daring and loving you could even include one like “This voucher good for _____________” and leave it up to her to fill in! Have fun with it!

By the way, there are used Nooks available on eBay going for about half the price of new ones. Don’t know if that’s in your budget, but we wanted to mention it just in case (you may want to try Cragislist too).
